My decades in academic leadership give me an inside perspective on change, leading change and learning about what can really work and what doesn’t. I can customize formats to meet your group’s needs, ranging from:

Seminars typically focus on one or a small set of issues, aiming to provide actionable outcomes for participants. Workshops and retreats allow for a more in-depth examination of foundational elements of change, how to support and grow those elements within your organization and how they can be drawn together to support future changes.
Fees range from $500 to $5000 (plus travel expenses).
Coaching (for individuals or groups), particularly for change leaders, can be added or considered separately to help guide moving from conversation to implementation and overcoming some of the challenges that come with implementation of change.
