Do you want to overcome your change challenges?
- Your organization has a negative history of change.
The last change failed–or was so painful that everyone dreads another round. - Your organization is slowly, incrementally making changes.
Meanwhile, your competitors are making giant strides and you’re falling behind. - You’re frustrated with the pace of change and outcomes.
Your teams get lost in committees with nothing to show for it. - Change happens, but is siloed.
You want to share what your teams have learned across the organization, but can’t. - Your organization takes on change, but without recognizing the broad impacts.
Oversimplification creates solutions that don’t actually work.

Farrell Consulting
Capacity Change Management Consultant for Universities and Organizations
I’m Pat Farrell, a professor of Mechanical Engineering at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA and former Provost at the University of Wisconsin and at Lehigh. I’ve supported and led change efforts at the UW and Lehigh University. As provost, I realized that culture and capacity are limiting factors for innovation and change management. So encouraging culture change while building change capacity needs to be a part of any change effort, and the more we practice, the better we get at doing this.
My approach is practical and immediately actionable – because it had to be. I used it in real time and achieved real organizational results.
When we work together, I’ll help you create a sustainable, high-capacity culture in your organization that can accomplish great things more easily.
